Diversity & Inclusion is a high priority issue within ABN AMRO, from the boardroom to our smaller retail offices. That’s why we are looking for talents, in the broadest sense of the term. We know for a fact that differences between colleagues generate not only more ideas, but also better ones. That, in turn, means better products and services that benefit our customers.

This is what we do
A dedicated team coordinates all initiatives: from high-profile conferences with great speakers and interesting workshops, to Women's Banking Days, cultural diversity dinners, LGBT events such as Be yourself at work, to offering workplaces to people with a physical disability. We look for talent. We also bring people in contact with each other through a range of diversity networks, including the DNA network. It’s not a formal social club, but an informal platform for meeting people you wouldn’t normally run into.
