Business Developer Payments

Your job

You get a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibility for the realization of the ultimate and safe customer experience in the payment system. You represent the interests of the payments department. You have an advisory and coordinating management role and you supervise the implementation of changes and improvements in payment services. For example, you improve processes where you have identified risks and you translate changed legislation and regulations into changes. For all these activities, it is essential that you work well with various stakeholders such as colleagues in the domains and the various parties within the bank.

Working environment

Within the Payments & Acquiring grid you will contribute, together with 7 other Business Developers, to the results of ten Payment teams. Within the team we are looking for someone with excellent consultancy skills. But there is also room for other topics such as product, process and risk management. We think having fun is very important. Ultimately, we are all working towards the same goal: to provide customers with secure, reliable, fast and traceable payment solutions that seamlessly fit their needs. You not only have to deal with your colleague Business Developers and Product Owners within your department, but also often outside of it.

Your profile

You are a communicative and enterpreneurial person. You like to take ownership and don't wait for action. You have a learning attitude and you look for improvements every day. Real collaboration is what you are looking for. You can't do this alone. But sincerely believe that you should help each other, to make the whole team better. You also like to be challenged substantively and you have strong analytical skills. Don't just think, but also act. Do you think you're the one for us?

Check your profile:
- HBO/WO level with at least 3 years of relevant experience within a financial institution.
- You have (some) experience working with the scrum method.
- You have experience with consultancy skills, in which you can map issues from a high level, but also analyze, display and present at a detailed level.
- You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and issues.

We are offering

The gross annual salary is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 61,000 based on a 36-hour working week. In addition, you have an additional benefit budget of 11%, with which you can buy flexible employment conditions. We also offer you an annual public transport subscription, a good pension scheme and a personal development budget of €1,000 per year.
