Your job

You will work on the recording of all administration for the monitoring of risks of our customers, entrepreneurs. Centrally administer, monitor and report the risks, in a future-proof way. In an agile way of working together with your team, and in collaboration with various internal and external parties. The administration is essential for monitoring risks, so you can really make a big impact here.

We want to centrally store the information of our customers in a new system, down to a detailed level. We are going to implement a new standard for the entire bank. This is not only driven by laws and regulations. As a bank, we also want to know exactly what is going on with our customers so that we can help them immediately to prevent financial problems. In this way we keep the credit risk for the bank manageable at the same time. This data helps us to build a joint picture of a risk profile of entrepreneurs and to proactively inform them about this. This is in the interest of our customer, which is what we do it all for in the end.

Your role is to retrieve the specific needs for a central solution and identify and prioritize the technical requirements. You translate the features into concrete user stories. Your challenge to take stakeholders in the necessary steps towards the best solution to successfully implement change.

Working environment

Your team is responsible for business credit administration within the Corporate Credits department. Together we strive to enable entrepreneurs to make a positive impact in society. That starts with simpler, faster (and therefore digital) processes to improve the daily experience of our customers and employees. ABN AMRO believes that we need to reinvent our credit services to remain relevant to entrepreneurs in this rapidly changing world. This goes beyond traditional banking and requires us to deploy more data-driven and integrated solutions with external partners. By working together with our challenger bank New10, we can benefit from the experiences with a digital native bank.

Check your profile:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Economics, Finance).

- 5+ years of experience working in the world of lending within the banking/ financial sector.
