Management Control & Regulations Consultant

At a glance

Working at MC&R is a great opportunity to balance specialist or commercial skills with the strategic management, analysis and oversight of risks across the business line and bank. It offers interaction with members of the PB MT and a large variety of stakeholders in an open and dynamic environment.

Working environment

Processes & Control (P&C) aims to safeguard the private bank’s license to operate, and it guides and executes change in it's change teams. Within P&C, Management Control & Regulations (MC&R) is a team of 9 dynamic professionals responsible for first line risk management. It works as central team for Private Banking in all countries and as operational MC&R team for the Netherlands. It analyses the PB risk dashboards and acts on signals, detects patterns requiring actions and ensures actions are taken. MC&R provides advice from a business perspective on the overall policy framework of Private Banking and acts as knowledge centre for regulatory topics. It acts as a linking pin between the three lines of defence (business, risk/compliance, audit).

You work in a team of 9 people (MC&R) and 20-25 people in P&C, an open and dynamic work environment. You are in direct contact with MT members in NL and abroad for MC&R deliverables. There is a constant vibe of collaboration with the PB countries and a large variety of stakeholders.
