The bank at large and Credit Risk in particular are going through massive changes partly due to strategic choices by senior management but also due to a fast changing regulatory landscape. To facilitate achieving these many projects have been started and will be starting to achieve our goals and objectives. Credit Risk is involved in many developments and projects both as an initiator for specific credit related topics and as participant in major bank wide projects. 
Do you have the right knowledge of Credits, from a Risk perspective as well as from a business perspective ? Are you interested to lead, represent, coordinate and facilitate the Credit Risk department to stay in control of these developments and deliver, together with other stakeholders within the bank, on the expected deliverables? Are you an expert on project management. Do you take a structured approach and are you able to translate the expectations into a proper plan including milestones, deliverable and capacity planning? Your job

As Process & Project Enabler you will coordinate the Credit Risk participation in bank wide initiatives and initiate and monitor projects started by Credit Risk itself. You will create support and obtain approval for Credit Risk related initiatives and projects. You are a senior expert on project and process management. 
Your expertise will also be needed on certain regulatory topics such as monitoring of ongoing ECB On Site Inspections and adequate resolution of regulatory findings. 
You will support Credit Risk management in setting priorities and ensuring timely availability of the necessary skill sets and capacity for the upcoming projects and create awareness of the changes within Credit Risk.  
You are responsible for:
•    Alignment with and reporting towards the projects and programmes you are involved in 
•    The set-up of (virtual) project teams 
•    Planning of project capacity and activities according to the due dates agreed or given by senior management or regulators.
•    Follow up on deliverables and take actions when timelines cannot be meet. Pick up impediments encountered by the project team and help them to resolve or to get help (e.g. via line management or program management).
•    Address any issues, questions and problems in an accurate and timely manner
•    Contribute to improving the way of working within Credit Risk (Credits 2.0)

You will work within the department Change & Control (C&C) of Credit Risk. The team consist of professionals who together have an overview of all the relevant aspects of credit risk management. The team has deep knowledge and insight of the bank as a whole.

Your profile
You are passionate about project and programme management and have broad knowledge of and experience in financial analysis, credit structuring and credit origination and monitoring procedures. You are a team player and communicative. You like to take different perspectives into account and you are able to integrate these into practical deliverables and solutions. You are pragmatic and are able to keep clear oversight within large projects, and are able to deal with high-pressure deadlines.

5 - 7 years of experience in project/programme management within ABN AMRO.
•    Preferably experienced enough to take up projects related to EBA/EU related topics such as EU Sustainable Finance Regulations, EBA LOM etc 
•    Gives trust and leads by example 
•    You like to connect and cooperate with different stakeholders in many different parts of the Bank
•    You are a team player 
•    Very strong communication (verbal, written and visual), organizational & interpersonal skills
•    Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
