Product Owner (f/m) - Customer Data Profile (Tealium)

We develop suitable solutions that give our customers greater financial control. With a vast amount of data at hand, together with our unique usability lab as test-station we build digital services in an agile way that surprise customers and help them move forward.

Your profile

Soft skills

  • Able to bridge the gap between use cases and technical capabilities by connecting people with different knowledge levels, expertises and backgrounds
  • Fast learner in terms of new SaaS tools and cloud technology
  • Possesses interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to effectively balance strategy and vision activity with the operational and service demand, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and diverse, cross-functional teams/organizations to define requirements, scope and delivery timeframes, driving on-time execution


Hard skills

  • Agile Scrum/Product owner certificate or extensive knowledge of the way of working
  • Affinity with Marketing Automation solutions (paid media, analytics platforms, customer data platform etc.)
  • Ablility to take ownership of the two delivery teams
  • Experience with (data related) cloud solutions (pre)
  • Experience with Tag Management Systems (pre)
Your job
  • Develop the marketing technology capabilities within ABN AMRO (Tag management, Customer Data Platform, Audience management).
  • Integrate all the platforms for a seamless customer experience.


As a product owner within the Marketing Automation ecosystem you will (together with your team members) be responsible for:
 

  • Implement and activate several Marketing Automation tools to support real time event driven personal marketing 
  • Advise relevant stakeholders and marketing parties about the possibilities with the Marketing Automation solution
  • Work with stakeholders and prioritize their wishes
  • Set up a new platform and implement it within the whole ABN AMRO organization (cross business line)
  • Develop the right Tag Management setup, data layering, media tagging and custom scripting  
  • Retrieve and define data needs for the developed use cases
  • Work together with data scientists regarding the connection between their models and your Marketing Automation stack 
  • Connect and activate the Marketing Automation tools in order to fully utilize all the capabilities
The Environment

From Tikkie to personalized mobile advertising and a chatbot that really matters. At this place, people work on the successful banking app as well as Grip. Here you find our E-Commerce teams and our colleagues of ‘Video Banking’. In short, within Customer & Digital Experience the online platforms are being created and built that offer all the digital products of ABN AMRO Retail. All of these developments and products are powered by the data & analytics of the Center of Expertise Advanced Analytics & Data (CoE AA&D).

The marketing automation department works for all business lines and delivers tooling for Corporate Banking, Private Banking (International), Brand Marketing and Communication and Retail.
