Your job

Credit Facility Management is a shared capability team that is responsible for the lifecycle of credit facilities (on boarding, monitoring, maintenance, termination). The challenge is to modernize the technology so that data is available 24/7, the administration is easily configurable for new requirements (e.g. Definition of Default, green lending) and customer journey teams are served via an “as a service” concept.

You develop a vision on credit facility management and propagate it to your agile teams, the department, other product owners and stakeholders within ABN AMRO.  You have a big scope, about six delivery teams. on and offshore. You take your stakeholders with you during sprint reviews and demos, you know how to value their input and influence where necessary. Your ensure a balance between change, run, compliance and implementation. You also report effectively on statuses, deviations and solutions to stakeholders. Short cycle, focus on creating maximum customer value, with predictable delivery and execution. That is the basis from which you always work.

This starts with simpler, faster (and thus digital) processes to improve the day-to-day experience of our clients and employees. However, ABN AMRO believes that it needs to re-imagine its lending services in order to stay relevant for entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing world. This will lead Corporate Credits on a journey beyond traditional banking and will require us to apply more data-driven solutions and integrated solutions with external partners. Working together with our challenger bank New10 allows us to benefit from the experiences with a digital native bank. The challenge is great, but we bravely face it with an entrepreneurial attitude and learning mindset.

You are strong in creating a vision, Partly due to your drive and energy, you are able to achieve goals and inspire the people around you. You use a facilitating leadership style. You have strategic insight, you communicate easily with senior management and you have execution power. You bring the matter constantly in motion. You know what is going on within the organization, what the business needs and take an exemplary role in this. You take the lead in a natural way. You are a connector, building bridges and bringing others together. Do you think you fit with us?

Check your profile:
- Higher educational background (master level) and relevant work experience.
- You know how a bank works.
- You oversee the complexity of lending, legislation and regulations, risk, finance and ICT. And know how this relates to each other.
- Energetic by nature and focused on collaboration, a facilitating leadership style to achieve results.
- Skilled in analysing and structuring complex problems, identifying solutions/ options and presenting your advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
- Managerial experience.
