Senior CRM IT Engineer (f/m)

At a glance

The CRM Grid is looking for an experienced CRM IT Engineer with a strong focus on solution designing. The CRM grid supports all front office employees of all ABN AMRO business lines to find relevant customer information in one place. But we do much more, we expose CRM capabilities to our customers, help to enable digital banking and introduce a new cloud based technology stack to facilitate NextGen CRM capabilities.

Your job

You will be part of two teams responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new bank-wide CRM platform but also in the transformation to this platform from our “old” (manly Siebel and Java) world. As a department we have recently started this journey and we are looking for enthusiastic reinforcements to shape the transition to our future landscape! As an all-round IT Engineer you will help to detail out our NextGenCRM strategy and implement it by:

  • Create transition architecture and solution designs
  • Designing new CRM workflows together with business and end-users
  • Design, develop, test, implement and maintain new solutions together with your team
  • Collaborating with surrounding teams and departments to come to the best solutions
  • Setting-up integrations with backoffice systems
  • Explore new capabilities

Your profile
  • University Graduate (Master) degree
  • Able to create overview and structure in complex functional and technical topics
  • Able to ensure sound decision making 
  • Able to challenge the customer by asking questions and drill down on the requirements
  • Eye for quality and hands-on approach
  • Experience with Agile Way of Working and exited to be part of our DevOps Journey
  • Eager to learn & getting started
  • You feel motivated to stay up to date on your various areas of expertise
  • You thrive in a team but are also fine with working on your tasks individually
  • You easily present the team’s results to a wide range of (internal) stakeholders

  • You feel responsible for delivering the common tasks assigned to your team according to the structure and guidelines agreed upon
  • You effectively manage and build on your relationships with partners, stakeholders and (team)colleagues

 

Experience: 

  • Hands on experience with the Unified Client Interface version of MSD365 SaaS Customer Engagement
  • Good knowledge of the MSD security model
  • Very good MSD Functional CRM knowledge and hands on experience, specifically on Lead to Customer, Sales & Service and Appointment Booking functionality
  • Hands on experience with Unified Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimization
  • Business Process Design CRM processes in MSD
  • Good Knowledge of the Embedded PowerApps Custom Control Framework
  • Knowledge of PowerApps and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Azure Platform
  • Experienced in setting-up integration between MSD SaaS and on premise applications
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD for MSD SaaS and Application Lifecycle Management
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Fortify, Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc;
  • Siebel technical and functional knowledge
  • Certified with OCA and OCP
  • Excellent understanding of programming in Front-end technologies and use of backend services
  • Advanced knowledge of Java 8 and REST API
  • Knowledge of SpringBoot is must, knowledge of SpringCloud is advantage 
  • Knowledge of Linux, Web and Application Servers, databases (both Oracle databases and complex DB2 environments) and Mainframe usage in terms of MSU usage and performance
