In order to be able to serve our clients optimally, a Private Equity Advice concept has been developed to house all participations in one account with tailor-made advice and reports.
As a Senior Private Equity Professional, you are the linking pin between the world's most renowned Private Equity Fund managers and ABN AMRO's customers. Together with the international Private Equity Solutions (PES) team, you select the best in the market after a thorough analysis. As part of PES, it is important to keep asking critical questions to ensure that an intended investment can actually add value over the lifetime of the fund, which is a minimum of 10 years. You will work closely with the bank's bankers and investment advisors to interest clients in Private Market investments and develop marketing materials related to our offering. An ideal combination of content and commerce.
You switch frequently with teammates in Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris; with the team you determine which managers are attractive candidates for the next product launch. At the same time, you switch with the managers to see if there is sufficient capacity and time to launch a product successfully.
Relationship management is key: Building relationships with internal stakeholders is very important to develop a product and launch it successfully within a short period of time. Next to this, the relationship with bankers, advisors and ambassadors is very important; once you have gained the trust and proven to be a Private Markets expert, you will be included in client meetings and you will have the opportunity to connect with successful entrepreneurs and wealthy families.
